Flesh: Creamy-white. Firm. Crisp. Juicy.
Flavour: Mild. Sweet with some tartness.
Usage: Good for fresh eating, cooking, or salads
Storage: Seven to eight months in cold storage
Notes: A productive, moderately vigorous tree that is generally larger than other Asian pear varieties. Usually bears fruit in the second year. Fruit is good quality and hangs well for 4-6 weeks.
