Skin Colour: Yellow with greenish mottling.
Flesh: White. Firm. Very Juicy. Crisp.
Flavour: Mild. Sweet. Slightly tart.
Usage: Good for fresh eating, cooking, or salads
Storage: Up to five months in cold storage
Notes: A medium-sized, drooping, plant that should be thinned to one fruit per spur. It has a good tolerance of heat and drought and remains a good producer even when stressed. However, it is quite susceptible to fire blight, black spot, and pear scab.
