Flesh: Cream coloured. Slow to turn brown. Fine, crisp texture.
Flavour: Sweet. Honeyed. Aromatic. Sub-acid.
Usage: Good for fresh eating and salads
Storage: Three to five months
Notes: Low susceptibility to powdery mildew. Somewhat susceptible to fire blight, and very susceptible to apple scab. Sensitive to frost and cool spring temperatures. Also susceptible to dormant oil spray damage.
