Skin Colour:      Redder than Jonagold but still striped over a yellow base.
Flesh:      Creamy white. Firm. Crisp.
Flavour:      Sweet. Tart. Aromatic. 
Usage:      Good for fresh eating, cooking, processing.
Storage:      Three to four months
Notes:      The tree is not particularly hardy but has good annual productivity. Susceptible to fire blight, apple scab, powdery mildew, canker, bitter pit, and sunburn.
