In compliance with this Act, V. Kraus Nurseries Limited (VKN) will protect the confidentiality of personal information collected for business purposes, and obtain your consent for any use outside that parameter.

 This site does not seek to collect information from you, nor does it employ the use of cookies.

 Any information given by you through use of the contact links, or other methods, will be retained and used only for the purpose of doing business with you. Your consent in this case shall be implied when you volunteer the information.

 VKN reserves the right to share it’s transaction history and the contact information of it’s customers only for the purpose of recovering owed monies; reporting to a trade credit network; when VKN has been named as a source of reference by the customer; or as required by law.

 VKN might also use your information to send you in-house promotions. However, you may be removed from our “mailing” list by notifying our office, in writing. Your information will not be sold to, or shared with other companies for the purpose of their promotions.

 Upon request, you shall be informed of the existence, use, and disclosure of your personal information and shall be given access to that information. You have the right to challenge the accuracy and completeness of the information and have it amended as appropriate.

You may request to have have your information completely removed from our files, which we will do, once any balance in your account has been settled. Withdrawal of your information, however, will severely restrict our ability to do business with you.
