Skin Colour:      Dull greenish-yellow with a touch of orange-brown blush and gray russet dots
Flesh:      Yellowish-white. Crunchy.
Flavour:      Tart and honeyed. Delicate spice flavour with a hint of anise.
Usage:      Good fresh eating. Excellent for desserts, applesauce, and cider.
Storage:      About six months
Notes:      Susceptible to bitter pit, blister spot, and cedar apple rust. Somewhat susceptible to fire blight, canker, and powdery mildew. Very susceptible to apple scab.
