Skin Colour:      Dark reddish-blue. Occasional russet patches.
Flesh:      Greenish-yellow. Freestone. Juicy.
Flavour:      Aromatic. Sweet. 
Usage:      Good for fresh eating, preserves, drying, and canning.
Storage:      Two to four weeks when refrigerated
Notes:      Bears heavily when mature and benefits from thinning. Fruit ships well. Only slight susceptibility to black knot. Aphids can be a common problem to all plum trees.
