Tends to promote larger fruit. . Resistant to collar rot. Very little

Surrounding area should be free from competing
grass and weeds. Some mouse population control also advised when using this
rootstock. Roots somewhat brittle.

notes:

Virus free. A large burr knot grows at the union
which should be a few inches above the ground. This rootstock has a small
root system so trees will need to be permanently staked.
