Skin Colour:      Yellow-green with golden-brown flush - russeted
Flesh:      Cream with a yellow tinge. Somewhat dry.
Flavour:      Slightly nutty, sweet, and aromatic.
Usage:      Great for fresh eating, drying, and cider. Good with cheese or in salads.
Storage:      About four months
Notes:      Probably the most delicious of the russets though quality can vary year to year. Prone to fire blight, cedar apple rust, and bitter pit which leaves some browning on the fruit. Resistant to apple scab, powdery mildew, and canker.
