Flavour:      Aromatic. Often added to apple pies to introduce another subtle flavour.
Usage:      Good for jellies, candied fruit, and baking
Storage:      Up to two months when refrigerated
Notes:      A fairly cold hardy tree. Although prolific, Quince crop best with both shelter and sun. Fruit needs careful handling to avoid bruising. Occasionally susceptible to fire blight, leaf blight, and coddling moth.
