Flesh:      Creamy yellow. Juicy, crisp, and somewhat coarse.
Flavour:      Mildly, sweet. Sub-acid. Aromatic.
Usage:      Excellent for fresh eating, desserts, and juice
Storage:      Four to five months
Notes:      Too much nitrogen and a hot climate can result in bitter pit. Susceptible to brown heart, fire blight, powdery mildew, apple scab, and sunburn. Requires thinning.
