Flesh:      Yellowish-white. Smooth. Dense. Crunchy.
Flavour:      Rich. Slightly acidic.
Usage:      Excellent dessert pear. Good for cooking.
Storage:      Up to 4 months in cold storage
Notes:      Quite hardy. Becomes a large pear tree but grows slowly. Very productive though susceptible to fire blight in warmer climates.
