Growth type:      Semi-dwarf rootstock
Natural height:       ~ 20'...(6m)
Field spacing:      ~ 14' - 18' apart...( 4.25 - 5.5m)
Soil suitability:      Requires well-drained soil. Standing water is very detrimental. This rootstock prefers light, sandy, soils but heavier soils acceptable if they have clay and a high organic content.
Strengths:      Cold hardy. Resistant to root lesion nematode. Has an abundant root system and propagates easily.
Weaknesses:      Susceptible to powdery mildew where air circulation is poor.
